摘要: 针对网络控制系统(NCS)中存在的不同网络负载时,系统会出现很严重的失真,提出通过利用更合适的网络协议来减少系统失真。对4种网络协议(以太网、CAN、令牌环网、交换式以太网)的特点作一个概括性的说明,然后通过建立网络控制系统仿真模型,编写代码,调节网络干扰占有率和选择不同网络协议,从实验角度证实这4种网络协议在低负载和高负载情况下各自所具有的网络特性。通过选取合适的网络类型可以使得网络控制系统具有更好的动、稳态性能。

Abstract: Considering the serious systematic distortion when the networked control systems (NCS) have different network loading, this paper introduces a new solution of using suitable network protocols to improve the performance of system, gives a general instruction of the characteristics of four types of network protocols which are Ethernet, CAN, Round Robin and Switched Ethernet, then confirms the different protocols which have different network performances when they are applied to low loading and high loading in experiment by establishing the model of NCS, writing code, adjusting network interference share and choosing different network protocols. This paper comes to a conclusion that networked control systems have better dynamic and stability performance by choosing proper network protocols.
